Overhaul Program Plans
For 2000-2001 Tomato Harvesters
By signing up for one of the Overhaul Program Plans described below,
you will be entitled to a 5% discount on parts used in the overhaul
program. Participation in the Overhaul Program allows an additional
in-season parts discount of 5%. Discount applies through 2001 tomato
harvest season.
Plan A
Overhaul includes undercarriage service, rebuild torque hubs, steering
knuckles, steering pin, cylinders, brakes and busing steering ears,
if necessary. Replace all bad bearings, rollers, belts and belted
chains. Rebuild force balance shaker. Includes engine service and
filters. Check for bad hoses and replace as needed.
Plan B
Overhaul includes undercarriage inspection, check and replace steering
pins, check machine tracking. Drain and refill torque hub oil. Grease
all undercarriage components. Replace all bad bearings, rollers,
belts and belted chains. Rebuild force balance shaker. Includes
engine service and filters. Check for bad hoses and replace as needed.
Plan C
Undercarriage service includes rebuild torque hubs, brakes, steering
knuckles, steering pins, cylinders and bushing steering ears, if
necessary. Check machine tracking.
Additional Services and Charges
- Westside Equipment Company will warranty 300 hours on all replaced
parts and 300 hours on labor.
- All used parts will be disposed of after a rebuild is shipped,
unless the customer requests otherwise.
- Customers will be responsible for transportation of their machine(s)
to and from Westside Customer Service Center in Woodland. Westside
can arrange transportation of harvesters.
- Customers are required to remove all electronic mounts, brackets,
MOT chutes and sunshades.
- Westside will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the
above parts left on machines.
- Customers are required to completely clean the unit prior to
pickup.
- Overhauls scheduled after February 1, 2001, are subject to availability.
